I was born in Chicago, Illinois, toward the end of Eisenhower's first term in office. My family moved east to Longmeadow, Massachusetts when I was eight years old. I graduated from George Washington University in 1976 with a BA in Political Science, and in 1980 earned an MBA in Strategic Planning from Northeastern University in Boston. Forever balancing a career in commercial real estate with editorial illustration and political cartooning, I look forward to one day following my childhood dream of devoting all my time to the world of art.
I am married to my "oldest and dearest friend," Robin (Kreiter), and am blessed with four unique and wonderful children: Noah (26) a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Oliver (25) an artist and real estate professional in his own right, Alexander (23) a up and coming Chef currently working in some of the worlds greatest restaurants and Pearl (19) a Journalism major at Indiana University and probably the most overall accomplished artist in our familyl!. After traveling throughout the world multiple times over, I currently live 1/2 mile from where I was raised in Highland Park, Illinois. I still drives my original 1974 gold VW Bug.
